We love all of our clients at Top Nails Solihull, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Refund

At Top Nails Solihull, we are unable to give you a refund under any circumstances as services are final once you have left the shop. If you are unhappy with the services, please let us know immediately and we will try to do everything we can to resolve the issue. We will not offer any refund because you have simply changed your mind. We're willing to re-do any unsatisfied work at no cost, given that you inform us immediately. If you changed your mind after you've left the shop then you will need to pay extra cost in order to get your nails changed. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us

Appointment/ Walk in

We welcome both walk-ins and appointments but of course, we would prioritise customers that have booked an appointment. We kindly ask for your understanding when there might be some wait before we can start your treatment. This could be due to appointments taking longer due to customers changing their minds about colours and design or multiple walk-ins customers simultaneously, Our staff are working extra hard to fit everyone in but it might not possible all the time
